Since 1907, Carle & Montanari has been designing and building machinery and equipment for the transformation of cocoa and the processing, moulding and packaging of chocolate. More than 1,700 factories produce chocolates, snacks and bars using Carle & Montanari technology and equipment, and the name Cavemil – named after Emilio Cavalieri (CAValieri EMILio), who invented the first automatic chocolate plant in the 1950s is a byword for chocolate moulding all over the world.
